1) Order yet to be shipped: An order can be cancelled partially or completely till the time it has not been shipped. The amount already paid will be refunded to you within a business day and would reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.
2) Damaged product received: We make the best efforts to ensure that your order reaches you in the best possible condition. However, there may be cases where the item(s) delivered may get damaged in transit. Under such cases, you can either get the item(s) replaced free of cost or get the order cancelled.
In case of jewelry, if you find the item(s) damaged you may contact our customer care within 1 day of receiving the item. You can ship it back to us or mail us a request for return shipment in which case we will get the item(s) picked up within a few days. In case you are unable to communicate a suitable pick up time within 3 days, the order will automatically be considered accepted.
3) Wrong item(s) delivered: This is unlikely to happen as our fulfillment process has multiple checks and balances to ensure that the right item(s) get delivered to the right customer at the right address. In case it does take place, we will ship the correct item immediately and collect the wrong item from you at your convenience. Order cancellation requests will also be accepted.
In case of jewelry, for the request to be considered
-Item(s) should be unused
-In the same condition as on receipt
-With original tag and packing intact
Order that has been shipped out and is not damaged or wrongly delivered will normally not be cancelled or returned. We understand that there may be other genuine reasons why you may want to return or cancel the order. In such cases, VioletBag.com will take the final call on return or cancellation on a case to case basis.
Return & Warranty Policy on Watches
All the watches bought at Violetbag.com cannot be exchanged or returned. However in case of genuine manufacturing defects, the watches with warranty will be serviced by the respective brands. In such circumstances, customers are requested to contact authorized service centers of the brand for any kind of servicing. Please carry your invoice to the service center as a proof of your purchase.
The warranty period and services offered by each brand may be different. The services may also vary from one model to the other. Please refer to the detailed warranty card of your watch for any specific query.
